The Brief: 144 plots of domestic accommodation were required to be serviced with electricity, water and gas. These utilities were to be designed, installed, tested and commissioned to adoptable standards by the appropriate authorities.
The Solution: IUS provided the complete multiutility service including all the requirements of the various statutory intermediaries. All planning, liaison, project management and service delivery was completed by the experienced IUS team.
